Does Nutrisystem Diet Work? My Review – My Story


My Health Improved By the third week, I noticed my health was improving. I knew I needed to go on a diet. I never really thought about setting a goal, I just wanted to lose weight. I had my own Nutrisystem goodies such as chocolate, pizza, potatoes, muffins and more. The cravings were not completely gone but walking away from a piece of cake or pizza was no longer a challenge.


Placebo group: The other group took dummy pills (placebo). Both groups also went on a high-fiber, low calorie diet. These were the results of the 12 week study, which was published in The Journal of The American Medical Association (a highly respected scientific journal): Heymsfield, et al.
