I do not think I have found a food that I did not like yet. Hope it goes as well this time around. I am working with adjusting to everyday food lifestyle. Enjoying the Oregon Coast pre-weight loss. This last time I signed up, I had a weight loss goal of 10 pounds — with this new system I had pretty much hit my goal during the first week. I am currently out of town but want to have the product arrive day if or day after returning so I can hit the ground running. That said, I have had a lot of success with it, and find that I can maintain a healthy weight for long stretches of time when using it.
